1. To promote & sell entire range of Company’s Products through Super Stockiest/Distributors to primary and secondary markets.
2. Responsible for developing and generating sales for the General Trade (GT) market.
3. Focus on growing, developing & maintaining the existing Outlets as well as activate new outlets in the designated areas.
4. Manage various aspects of sales like, tracking sales orders, arranging & managing stock availability, product placements, and other activities.
5. Monitor and Report competitor strategy & similar Industry activity/trends.
6. Working in corporate office for Planning for Schemes (Primary/Secondary/Tertiary), Incentives, Manpower of the assigned Region. And do the Analysis of sales data accordingly.
7. Tracking Primary/Secondary/Tertiary Sales, Target Vs Achievement of the assigned region.
8. To submit routine Sales/Market reports to the Reporting Authority and/or Management with 100% accuracy as per the prescribed timelines.
9. Making recommendations to the Reporting Authority towards business development
10. Ensure proper assistance & addressal to the after-sales queries & complaints, leading to Customer/Channel satisfaction.
11. Should be ready to travel for approx. 15 days in a month in the assigned region (State).
12. Should be comfortable to work in a team-based atmosphere.
13. Good Communication & Coordination skills.
14. The incumbent should be well-versed with MS Office package (esp. MS Excel) for routine reports preparation and analysis.
